Payment: Full payment is required before the training begins. Payment instructions will be provided upon registration. If payment is not received by the due date, the company reserves the right to cancel the participant’s registration.
Refunds and Cancellations: If the cancellation is made within 5 days of the start of the training, no refund will be given. If the company cancels the training, a full refund will be given to all participants.
The class requires a minimum viable number of attendees to proceed, otherwise, it will be cancelled. If this happens, individuals who have already purchased tickets will have the option to either be allocated to a future event or choose one themselves.
Attendance: It is the responsibility of the participant to attend all training sessions. If a participant misses a session, they will not be able to make it up and will not be eligible for a refund.
Intellectual Property: The training content is the intellectual property of the company and may not be shared or distributed without prior written permission. Participants may take notes during the training but may not record the sessions or reproduce any materials without permission.
Liability: The company is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property or injury sustained during the training. Participants are responsible for their own safety during the training and should report any safety concerns to the company immediately.
Changes: The company reserves the right to change the training content, schedule, or location at any time. If changes are made, participants will be notified as soon as possible and will be given the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
Confidentiality: Any information shared during the training, including personal information, will be kept confidential by the company. Participants are not allowed to share any information about other participants or the training content with anyone outside the training.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is located. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
